Timeline For Execution

Qbii is a long-term project spanning at least 10 years. However, for the purpose of this paper, we will focus on the initial 18 months, at which point it will be feasible to evaluate the status of the project and determine the strategy for the next 3.5 years and beyond.

In Q2, 2023, we anticipate having the project foundations in place - team, tools, and near term targets. By Q3 2023 we anticipate introducing an operational minimum viable product that demonstrates the capability of independently capturing and independently selling energy within an off-grid system. If all goes as planned, we can expect a sales-ready product to be available for testing and feedback by randomly selected users before an incrementally broader roll-out.

Simultaneously, initial development of the Human-Device onboarding system should be ready for user testing and feedback, which should line-up nicely with the functional off-grid P2P energy hardware system and the data generated by it.

If these modules perform satisfactorily, efforts to expand the scope of human-device data onboarding will commence at the end of Q4 2023. The remaining 6 months of the 18-month benchmark will be devoted to intensifying the progress achieved in the first year and breaking ground on the other deliverables related to data exchange & trade and contactless payments.
