Utility Token: Universal Units (Ticker: UU)

The Universal Unit token facilitates and settles transactions between hardware devices for data.

Unlike typical token distribution campaigns, we plan to implement 100% distribution to the public, accessible only by invitation. We are taking this approach to place full responsibility, accountability, and trust of the project into the publics’ hands. The responsibility of the public supporters in turn is to donate a portion of UU tokens back to Qbii in order to pay developers, team members, and other business needs.

The number of UU token purchasers and the amount donated to the project will signify and validate interest in our objectives and mission.

Should the donations fail to reach an amount reasonable enough to compensate our engineers, tokens will be returned and the project forced to find alternative means of funding. Since the public would be holding 100% of the UU token, Qbii and its members cannot be held responsible for the outcome in price volatility.

Should the amount of donations succeed to reach an amount to sustain the team and project, and our output be deemed valuable, we will move forward with a security token launch.
