The Proposal
Qbii is a distributed organization, with its core team spanning 7 Asian countries. The Asian region is known for its dynamic economies and is poised for future growth in manufacturing output. The entrepreneurial environments in the region are increasingly focused on digitizing economic activity, aligning with Qbii's objectives to advance and promote digitized economic activity through data information trade.
As described earlier, our interest is in the Machine Economy, where data output is expected to compound as sensor-fitted hardware, documents and secures sensor data in an immutable DLT, and provides AI an information source it can learn from to create and suggest reliable and efficient system improvements.
To participate in the M2M economy, Qbii is building an ecosystem to facilitate secured data trade, which is essential to cultivating a wider network of Space-for-Earth and Space-for-space applications in the future.
The core team at Qbii comprises full stack engineers and a business manager with prior founder history and experience in public, private, and early-stage organizations. Combined, the team has over 15 years of experience in DLT development and over 30 years of experience in the broader IT field.
Such experience has provided insight into the benefits and drawbacks of numerous Layer 1 protocols and based on our research, we believe the IOTA protocol is the leading DLT for facilitating and securing a data trading economy. Our team is protocol agnostic and open to building with other L1 protocols, but are drawn to the often-repeated benefits of the IOTA protocol as a feeless, miner-less, light, scalable, and secure architecture.
